Casa Teresa is located 3 km from the Marine Village of Llanes, has easy access from the Cantabrian Highway, and less than 100 km away are beautiful cities such as Santander, Gijón or Oviedo.

The house is a few kilometers from the beaches of Llanes and the Peaks of Europe. In a few minutes by car you can visit, the most beautiful mountains and valleys of the Peaks of Europe, or the most impressive beaches of the eastern coast of Asturias, or western Cantabria. Being in Llanes means having everything at your fingertips.

 

The entrance to the garden already makes you see that nature is predominant, with an ivy that climbs its main facade and merges it with the landscape. In the southern part of the house there is a huge garden with many trees and barbecue area. The house receives you with a spacious kitchen room, with a dining area, and a rest area with a beautiful fireplace to warm in the winter afternoons. The southern part of the house has a terrace with a porch from where you can see the beautiful forest and the peaks of the Sierra del Cuera. It also has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
