Casa Tere is only 3 km from the wonderful fishing village of Llanes, it has easy access from the Cantabrian Highway, and just under 100 km you visit important cities such as Santander, Gijón or Oviedo.

A few kilometers from the beaches of Llanes and the Peaks of Europe, with breathtaking spots such as Covadonga Lakes, Urriellu Peak, Sella River, Cares Route, or Santillana del Mar.

The rural house Tere gives us a great impression since the garden fence is crossed, with a very well-kept lawn and several trees that welcome us upon entering their magnificent estate of more than 1,000 m2. It has a large porch overlooking the mountains of Cuera, garden furniture for sunbathing and resting, as well as a perfect barbecue area to spend a summer afternoon cooking Asturian beef and drinking local ciders.

The eastern facade has a beautiful ivy climbing its stone fireplace that gives us different shades depending on the season. Once the door is crossed, the guest room is a room with double height, at the bottom is the living room with sofa and fireplace, and at the top the kitchen with the dining area. It also has 2 double bedrooms, and a cozy bathroom.
